Staff Accountant (AP Focus) Position Available In Miami-Dade, Florida

Our client, a well-established and steadily growing company, has an immediate need for a Staff Accountant with a strong focus on Accounts Payable . This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of the AP process while continuing to build well-rounded accounting experience. In this role, you ll handle high-volume invoice processing, assist with month-end close, and support a collaborative accounting team. It s ideal for someone who enjoys structure, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to contribute to a smooth-running finance department.

Responsibilities:

Process and code invoices with accuracy and timeliness Perform 3-way match and ensure proper GL account allocations Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on discrepancies Assist with journal entries and month-end close activities Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for audits Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely approvals and payments

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4+ years of AP or general accounting experience Experience with ERP Systems Strong Excel and organizational skills Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively Experience in LATAM markets Bilingual in English and Spanish
