Job Description
Trust & Banking Coordinator Crescent Solutions Inc. Miami, FL 33133 Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products. Ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates. Excellent communication and organization skills. Post incoming wires received through various Treasury Management platforms. Process outgoing wires and check requests for all real estate closings and settlement payments. Assist in the opening and closing process of firm bank accounts. Open and close investment subaccounts for trust escrow deposits. Assist with requests relating to voided trust checks, stop payments, and reissuing stale-dated trust checks. Process firm-related outgoing wires and post corresponding general ledger transactions. Reconcile firm and trust bank account statements. Back up the Cash Receipts team by posting incoming operating account deposits. Physical attendance and punctuality at the place of work. Performs additional duties as instructed and assigned. Experience working with online business banking or Treasury Management platforms. Aderant accounting software experience, a plus. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Reliability, teamwork, professionalism, ability to multi-task, and attention to detail are essential. Must have 3 – 5 years of experience work experience in law firm accounting. The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. Including lift/carry, up to 10 pounds, typing/using a keyboard, writing by hand, collating/filing. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Primarily a sedentary role; however, some filing is required; it would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Full-time position. Hours are 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, with the flexibility to work extra hours, as needed.
