Accountant Floribra U.S.A., Inc. Ocoee, FL 34761 Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and a solid understanding of corporate accounting principles. Preferable background in property management, real estate investment, taxation and finance. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, annual budgets, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The Accountant will play a key role in supporting the financial management of our organization, including budgeting and accounts receivable processes as well as payroll and human resources. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate journal entries to ensure proper financial reporting. Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections. Manage accounts payable, ensuring accounts are paid in a timely manner. Conduct regular budgeting activities to support financial planning and analysis. Utilize QuickBooks accounting software for tracking financial transactions and generating reports. Perform double entry bookkeeping to maintain the integrity of financial data. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. Experience Proven experience in corporate accounting or a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices. Familiarity with journal entries, debits, credits, and double entry bookkeeping is essential. Experience with accounting software tools is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent analytical skills with a focus on accuracy in financial reporting.
