We are looking for an Accountant that performs specialized bookkeeping, accounting and administrative duties to support the work of a defined accounting employee. This position may perform specialized recordkeeping, reconciliation, and compliance activities for Accounts Receivable, Sales Taxes, Deferred Revenue Accounts, Payroll , and General Accounting. The Accountant performs tasks of moderate complexity which include preparing accounting forms and paperwork for approval by others, processing and auditing transactions, running system queries, following all the purchasing guidelines and procedures, preparing accounting reports, monitoring daily/continuous accounting activity, and answering internal and external Suppliers questions. They will also assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures. Minimum Qualifications & Requirements Education and Experience ➢ BS/MS degree in accounting or a related field ➢ Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting practices preferred ➢ Quickbooks experience preferred ➢ Fluent English Speaker ➢ Spanish Speaker is preferred ➢ Ability and willingness to travel as needed, up to 10 % Skills ➢ Accountability
