The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day financial tasks related to real estate transactions and asset management. The role will involve managing cash flows, financial records, analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and working closely with the real estate team. Responsibilities Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely. Maintain and update financial records using software such as Excel and QuickBooks. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Perform reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts. Support tax preparation efforts by gathering necessary documentation and data. Experience Financial Reporting and Analysis skills Real Estate Accounting and Property Management experience Knowledge of real estate industry standards Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work effectively in an adaptive, fast-paced team environment Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus but not required.
