As an Accounts Receivable Accountantwith us, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financialhealth of our organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
Fund Processing:
Process and accurately post-received funds tomaintain accurate financial records.
Customer Communication:
As theAccounts Receivable Accountant, you will proactively handlefollow-up inquiries via phone or email to address anypayment-related questions or concerns.
Aging Reports:
Manageaccounts receivable aging reports, promptly identifying andaddressing overdue accounts.
Reporting and Collections:
Generateand analyze accounts receivable reports and efficiently processcollections to optimize cash flow. Preferred Qualifications for the
Accounts Receivable Accountant:
To excel in this role as anAccounts Receivable Accountant, you should possess the followingqualifications:
Accounting Experience:
0-3 years of experience inaccounting, demonstrating your foundational knowledge andcommitment to accuracy.
Educational Background:
A Bachelor’s degreein Accounting is required, reflecting your dedication to the fieldand commitment to continuous learning.
Excel Proficiency:
Intermediate skills in Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, andformulas, to efficiently manage and analyze financial data.
Software Experience:
