The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, including accrual accounting and retirement accounts. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with regulations, while also providing valuable insights into budgeting and cash flow analysis. Duties Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to guide decision-making for our clients. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that support operational efficiency. Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification is required. Strong knowledge of accrual accounting principles and retirement account practices.
