Salary:

Key Responsibilities:
Support month-end close by compiling and analyzing financial datato prepare reports and schedules Maintain financial records inaccordance with GAAP and internal policies Conduct detailed monthlybalance sheet reviews and variance analysis Monitor internalfinancial controls and promptly report discrepancies Manage fixedasset schedules and monthly depreciation Maintain inventory recordsand oversee monthly inventory counts Assist with budgeting andforecasting processes Prepare documentation and provide supportduring annual audits Analyze spending trends and cost variancesregularly Collaborate with various departments to ensure accuratefinancial reporting Complete assigned projects alongside regularaccounting tasks Handle sensitive financial data with a high degreeof confidentiality Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance requiredMinimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience Healthcare orpublic accounting background is a plus Solid understanding of GAAPprinciples Familiarity with accounting systems, internetapplications, and budgeting tools Strong organizational andcommunication skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel;experience with Great Plains and FRX preferred Demonstratedintegrity and discretion in handling confidential informationInterested in hearing more?
