Payroll Tax AccountantRole:

As a Payroll Tax Accountant, you’ll be crucial in ensuringcompliance and accuracy in tax-related matters.

Yourresponsibilities will include:

Obtaining taxing jurisdictionaccount numbers and reconciling between taxing jurisdictions andpayroll tax vendors. Processing payroll taxes, including reporting,payments, and declarations. Performing tax liabilityreconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance. Assisting with941 and 940 payments, as well as quarterly reports. Supportingyear-end tax reconciliations, including issuing W-2s, processingW-2s with Tax Agencies, and handling 1099s. Collaborating withaccounting to meet departmental goals and assist as needed.

Preferred Qualifications for the

Payroll Tax Accountant:

To excelin this role, our ideal Payroll Tax Accountant candidate shouldpossess: 3-5

Years of Experience:

Demonstrate a strong backgroundin payroll, tax filing, account reconciliation, and intermediateaccounting.

PEO Experience:

Experience with a Professional EmployerOrganization (PEO) is advantageous.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Possess clear written and verbal communication skills to interacteffectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong TimeManagement:

Exhibit good time management skills and attention todetail in a fast-paced environment. Dedication to

Computer Proficiency:
