Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, general ledger coding, and payment preparation. Oversee accounts receivable activities, including client invoicing, recording cash receipts, and resolving discrepancies. Support billing processes by reviewing contracts, setting up project data, and preparing draft and final invoices. Perform general ledger account reconciliations and assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Collaborate with project managers and key stakeholders to ensure accurate project financial reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office; experience with Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across internal teams and external partners. High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
