BachelorsResponsibilities Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Track project costs, including labor, materials, and subcontractors, against budget. Process and reconcile project-related invoices, including change orders and progress billings. Collaborate with project managers to analyze project profitability and identify variances. Manage and reconcile job cost ledgers and work-in-progress (WIP) schedules. Ensure compliance with contract terms, invoicing requirements, and financial regulations. Assist with month-end and year-end close activities specific to projects. Provide financial insights and recommendations to project teams and management.
