ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare monthly and quarterlyinvoices and other reporting for contracts. Maintain trackingsystems of contracts monthly billing and redesign as needed toensure proper invoicing. Manage, update, and oversee maintenanceand organization of all grant documents (e.g., narratives,financials, agreements, amendments, reports, and invoices) inelectronic filing systems. Review and maintain monthly expenses andsalary allocation reports and supporting documentation. Assist withthe preparation of contract budgets and budget modifications.

Assist with agency audits, contract annual audits, and overseeinterim monitoring visits and document preparation as needed.

Follow up with contract representatives on contract billing issues.

Collaborate with the Development & Program teams in developingbudgets for grant proposals and expenditure reports. Develop andmaintain controls that support identifying potential issues earlyin the life cycle of an active award – budget variance reports,forecasts, sub-recipient monitoring and activity reports, fundingavailability reports, etc. Monitor contract accounts receivable andcommunicate with funders as necessary. Prioritize assignments tokeep multiple projects moving promptly and to meet internal andexternal deadlines. Additional responsibilities as needed.
