Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain complex revenue recognition documentation in compliance with ASC 606 and ASC 842
Generate sales and revenue-related financial reports, providing variance analysis and commentary for management and the commercial team
Oversee and review A/R, Deferred Revenue, Allowances, and related accounts
Prepare journal entries, assist with month-end close, and support financial statement and quarterly disclosure preparation
Assist with external audit requests and tax return preparation
Help implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures
Manage sales commission accounting and reconcile with payroll
Preferred Qualifications:
We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate can multitask, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and within a team. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition
Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
