We have a client in East Orlando who is looking for a StaffAccountant- up to 40K. Please submit a resume for immediateconsideration. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting 2+ years of accounting experience. Advanced in MS Excel and Great Plains knowledge preferred.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
Set up of new customers to include credit checks, W9s, vendorinformation requests from customers, assignment of new customernumbers. Confirm POs are sent to vendors via procurement. Maintainrelationship with vendor’s accounting department to track Pos,payments and refunds. Invoicing and being the liaison for all billing and invoicingmatters Processing credit card payments both through our merchant servicesprovider. Cash application and customer receipts andcollections. Monthly revenue recognition and reconciliation of the revenue tothe general ledger. Maintain recurring monthly revenue tracking spreadsheet by customerand account, and prepare revenue forecasts. Send out renewal notices and obtain purchase order from customersprior to the renewal period expiring.
