We are currentlyseeking a dynamic and dedicated Staff Accountant to join our teamin the Healthcare industry. This exciting role will allow you toapply your accounting skills and knowledge in a fast-paced,challenging, and rewarding environment. You will be responsible fora variety of accounting tasks, including month-end close, journalentries, cash and sales transactions, supporting schedules, andrecording, monitoring, and proposing monthly accruals.

Responsibilities:

As a Staff Accountant, your key responsibilitieswill include: 1. Performing month-end closing procedures andpostings, ensuring all financial data has been recorded accurately.2. Preparing and posting of journal entries, ensuring all businesstransactions are recorded in compliance with generally acceptedaccounting principles. 3. Managing cash and sales transactions,ensuring all cash receipts and sales are accounted for correctly.4. Preparing supporting schedules for the month-end close process.5. Recording, monitoring, and proposing monthly accruals, ensuringall expenses are recognized in the correct period. 6. Collaboratingwith team members to improve financial processes and procedures. 7.Assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financialreports. 8. Supporting internal and external audits by providingnecessary financial information and documentation. 9. Ensuringcompliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatorystandards.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you willneed: 1. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relatedfield. 2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role,preferably within the Healthcare industry. 3. Proficiency inaccounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.4. Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). 5.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Excellentattention to detail and accuracy in work. 7. Ability to managemultiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 8.Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 9. A proactiveapproach to work, with the ability to work independently and aspart of a team.
