Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive candidate to manage our vacation rental property onboarding and inspections. When a new home is added to our rental portfolio, we conduct a thorough inventory process (counting towels, sheets), provide property improvement recommendations (bed redesigns, carpet cleaning, necessary repairs), and ensure a seamless guest experience (guard gate setup, trash collection details, WiFi functionality). This role requires

- to systematically walk through an onboarding checklist, identify necessary improvements, and communicate findings clearly. During onboarding, you will: ✔️ Complete a
