Accountant Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Record to Report (RTR) team. This role is focused on delivering high-quality accounting and financial reporting in alignment with US GAAP and internal control standards. Reporting to the RTR Hub Leadership, you’ll perform essential accounting functions and partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial data and compliance with corporate policies. Key Responsibilities Perform and report monthly, quarterly, and annual RTR accounting activities Execute balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely and accurate financial close processes Support internal and external audits by completing required control and documentation activities Conduct financial analysis to support RTR-related projects and decision-making Ensure compliance with US GAAP and accounting policies Identify and support process improvement initiatives for RTR functions Maintain proper documentation and follow standardized procedures for accuracy and consistency Collaborate effectively across departments and with business partners Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Minimum of 3+ years of relevant accounting experience Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general accounting principles Familiarity with internal control processes and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a corporate accounting environment Experience with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
