The Role:

We’re on the lookout for a sharp, detail-loving corporate accountantto join our growing finance team in Boca Raton. This is a high-impact role where you’ll do more than just crunch numbers—you’ll help drive our mission forward by ensuring financial clarity and precision across the board.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Dive into month-end and year-end close (think: journal entries, reconciliations, and all the fun stuff) Support AP operations including inventory processing and payment tracking Tackle bank reconciliations and resolve any “mystery” discrepancies Keep our cash flow crystal clear by assisting with treasury reporting and funding Help prep polished financial statements and reports that are GAAP-compliant Partner with auditors to provide key financial data and documentation Solve accounting puzzles—research and resolve data gaps or errors Use SQL to pull and analyze financial data (bonus points if you’re a query pro!)

What You Bring:

Experience in accounting (AP Clerk or Staff Accountant roles a plus) A solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting practices Excel wizardry (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS—yes, please!) Detail-obsessed and highly organized Strong communicator with solid administrative skills Associate Degree in Accounting required (Bachelor’s Degree = even better)
