In this role you will:

process, manage, and be responsible for theoverall accounting for an assigned group of real estate projects.

The position requires the coordination of multiple projectcontacts, maintenance of processes, and the production of financialand analytical reports in accordance with GAAP and corporateaccounting policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

? Process journal entries and maintain the general ledgerdetail ? Reconcile general ledger and job cost accounts in accordance toGAAP requirements presentable for auditing ? Oversee respective project cash accounts and cash position;address cash bank reconciliation issues ? Adhere to accounting deadlines for processing, reporting,funding, ? Assist with financial audit preparation and requests ? Coordinate budget process for respective projects and maintain inbudget file archives and in accounting system ? Produce periodic financial reports, ? Coordinate with Project Managers and operating division personnelto serve as liaison with Corporate Accounting to provide accountingguidance and support ? Provide knowledgeable GAAP-based contribution ? Adhere to corporate accounting policies/procedures and GAAP ?Oversee payables for respective projects processed through AP and control timing of check disbursements ? Prepare checks for deposit by Cash Accountant Process annual property tax reports and payments If you are interested in this role please apply immediately.
