Property Accountant:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes. Prepare and record amortization schedules for intangible assets such as goodwill, patents, and prepaid expenses, ensuring proper recognition in accordance with

GAAP/IFRS.

Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making purposes. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to maintain internal controls and compliance with relevant regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff. Senior Accountant:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
