Summary:
This position is responsible for assisting with the accounting forInventory and Job Costing. This role will report to the accountingteam manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage transactions related to Inventory and Job Costing whilesupporting month-end OPA close. Prepare monthly journal entries and supporting schedules. Prepare account reconciliations and resolve any variances in atimely manner. Communicate effectively with team members from other functionalareas as well as external sources. Comply with internal controls and best practices. Initiate process improvements to increase efficiency offinancial close and accuracy of financial accounts. Support the financial reporting team as needed for preparationof Form 10-Q, 10-K, and other filings as needed. Provide information as needed to internal and externalauditors. Support special projects as needed.

Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or anotherbusiness-related field. Master’s degree in accounting or
MBA. CPA
certification (preferred).
Experience:
5+ years of experience in accounting or related field. Experience with Inventory and Job Costing (preferred). Must be organized and detail oriented, possess a systemsbackground, be flexible, able to work independently, have good oraland written communication skills, and have worked in a medium tolarge corporate environment. Understand accounting concepts and have ability to applythem. Comfortable with and able to utilize computer technology;strong Microsoft Excel user. Demonstrated ability to thrive and respond in a fast-pacedenvironment. Analytical thinking skills. Experience with ERP ledgers systems preferred (Oracle).
Location:
This role requires you to be onsite at our headquarters in BocaRaton, FL, three days a week. The other two days are remote,offering the flexibility you need while still engaging inmeaningful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
