Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily accounting operations, including ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. Manage timely month-end and year-end closing processes. Interpret financial data and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decisions. Enhance and enforce internal controls, policies, and compliance standards. Partner with other departments to optimize workflows and increase efficiency. Provide support and mentorship to junior team members. Participate in the budgeting process and financial forecasting. Assist with audit preparations and liaise with external auditors as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. CPA designation is highly preferred. 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting roles. Solid grasp of GAAP and financial reporting principles. Comfortable working with accounting systems and ERP platforms. Strong problem-solving skills and sharp attention to detail.
