shift: First
work hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
education: Bachelors Responsibilities Ensure that the accounting for all financial transactions are done accurately and properly for several business entities
Reconcile balance sheet accounts including cash, receivables, prepaid, liabilities, debt and CAM Ensure project costs are capitalized or expensed properly
Prepare and analyze variance to budget reports, financial statements and cash flows. Reconcile fixed asset and WIP accounts for various projects
Ensure all development entries are posted monthly including accruals
Ensure job costs are reconciled to the G/L, coded properly and assigned to the correct project
Work with project managers to update job cost forecasts including estimates for completion and cash outlays Expeience with US GAAP reporting required
Knowledge of NetSuite, Sage, or Yardi preferred
MBA or CPA a plus!!! Skills
