Senior Project Accountant Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

Position Overview Ledgent Finance & Accounting’s client is currently seeking a Senior Project Accountant to join their team in Boca Raton, FL. This role offers the opportunity to work with a stable, growing, family-oriented company that values its employees. The Project Accountant will provide essential support to executives, owners, the Controller, and the CFO on financial matters and ongoing construction projects. Responsibilities Process invoices for various projects. Handle payments with vendors and suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Track costs and expenses for vendors and suppliers, maintaining accurate records. Implement cost control measures to manage project budgets effectively. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders. Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure compliance and project effectiveness. Manage Notices to Owner (NTOs) and change orders for projects. Oversee AIA billing processes. Qualifications Must have construction or development experience. Degree in a related field is preferred.
