Staff Accountant Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

Staff Accountant Pioneer Production Services, Inc 1515 South Federal Highway, Boca Raton, FL 33432 Role description: Summit Studios, LLC, is seeking a full-time Staff Accountant. The primary responsibilities are based on diverse accounting duties, such as accurately managing accounting records via QuickBooks, handling accounts payable, data and entry, reconciliation of accounts receivable, processing payroll, all while maintaining great attention to detail. Qualifications:

o Must have knowledge of QuickBooks o Great attention to detail o Understanding of accounting best practices o Data entry skills o Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel o Produce work with a high level of accuracy o Manage the full accounts payable cycle from receipt of invoices to payment, including obtaining approval, and entering the invoices into the accounting system. o Reconcile accounts receivable o Ability to calculate and manage accounting figures o Comfort working with payroll o Other job-related duties as requested Education Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Experience A minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience Company Description A successful Video and Television production organization,Summit Studios specializes in educational television programming and online media content.
