Staff Accountant Florida Design Drilling LLC West Palm Beach, FL 33411 Florida Drilling, a licensed water well and general contractor based in West Palm Beach, Florida, is a leading provider of water well drilling and water resource construction services. We specialize in delivering solutions for industrial, irrigation, and commercial clients. We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant with outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities to work closely with all levels of management. This role is essential in supporting our rapidly growing business and ensuring its continued success. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assisting with the monthly close process and preparing accurate financial reports in accordance with GAAP. Reviewing bank reconciliations, subledgers, and the general ledger monthly. Booking job cost allocations, including payroll labor allocations, on a weekly basis. Providing PMs with job cost reports as needed. Reviewing and posting PM’s job billings monthly. Assisting the Controller with ongoing Risk Assessments and the Design & Implementation of internal controls and other policies. Assisting with the preparation of the Work in Progress monthly report. Assisting with special projects as needed.
