Responsibilities Related Ross is seeking a Staff Accountant to joing their team in West Palm Beach. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for processing invoices and entering contracts for Related Ross projects. The Staff Accountant will also be responsible for preparing various accounts payable reports and analysis. The Staff Accountant will work closely with all members of the development and management team, other departments within the company, vendors and outside parties, and will need to establish and maintain good working relationships with them. The Staff Accountant will also be involved in a variety of special projects and financial analysis. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Tracking, coding and processing invoices Entering and maintaining contracts in accounting software and Textura Matching invoices against contracts for invoices processed through Ariba Work with Property operations and development teams for invoice approvals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 1-2+ years of experience in an accounting/finance environment Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently with attention to details Excellent written and communication skills Mature professional with sound judgement and interpersonal skills Proficiency with standard suite of Microsoft Office applications. Advanced knowledge of Excel, a plus. Knowledge of Textura a plus Knowledge of JD Edwards (or other real estate accounting software) a plus •Hybrid Schedule – 4 days onsite / 1 day remote•
