The right individual will need to have a positive attitude and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week.

Accounting Clerk Requirements :

Basic accounting background High School Diploma or some college Minimum 1 year of billing and/or accounting experience Automotive dealership experience is preferred Familiarity with ADP/CDK Dealership Management System helpful Professional and positive demeanor Experience with any of the following helpful: Daily bank deposits Stock in New and Used vehicle inventory New, Used and Wholesale billing Submit 3rd party warranties and reconcile monthly statement Handle all warranty and aftermarket cancellations Process lien payoffs and we-owes Post daily funding notices to general ledger Maintain and reconcile accounting schedules on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned, to include light filing Assist with month end close Assist with accounts receivable/payable, special projects,and transfer titles and registrations While this list is intended to be an accurate reflection of the current job, this is not necessarily an exhaustive list of responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, efforts, or working conditions associated with the job.
