Leading manufacturing and engineering company with a global presence The company recently went under new ownership in order to position themselves for growth The team is collaborative with a tenured management team This opportunity is open due to growth with a direct reporting line to the Accounting Manager and also provide reporting and support to Finance and to the Corporate Controller Overview of the Cost Accountant role: Maintain and update accounting records and files. Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g., by assets, liabilities, and expenses). Conduct month-end and year-end closures. Prepare documents for audits. Report to the Accounting Manager and work to improve financial processes. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Preferred Qualifications for

Senior Cost Accountant:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or finance 5+ years cost in cost accounting/cost analysis Large ERP software experience is a plus

Compensation:

$80,000 + full benefits #
