The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and a thorough understanding of corporate accounting practices. As a CPA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial records, preparing financial statements, and providing strategic guidance to support business decisions.

Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Conduct general ledger accounting and ensure proper account reconciliation to maintain financial integrity. Oversee balance sheet reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Utilize Quicken and other accounting software to manage financial data effectively. Mentor junior staff members, providing guidance on accounting principles and practices. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support business planning. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving financial performance and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and relevant tax regulations. Skills Strong proficiency in general ledger accounting and account reconciliation processes. Excellent financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data. Experience with Quicken or similar accounting software is preferred. Proven ability to prepare detailed financial statements accurately and efficiently. Strong mentoring skills with a passion for developing others in the field of accounting. Knowledge of corporate accounting practices and regulatory requirements is essential. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
