About the

Role:

In this dynamic role, you will initially work asa Global Senior Finance Controls Analyst, focusing on enhancing ourfinancial control processes. As business requirements evolve, youwill transition to support the Corporate Accounting team, ensuringthat our financial operations align with organizational goals. Thisposition offers the opportunity to adapt and grow within afast-paced environment at TD SYNNEX, contributing to both financecontrols and accounting excellence.

What You’ll Do:

World-wideconsolidation of financial reporting to ensure the reportedfinancial statements are accurate in accordance with US GAAP & theCompany’s uniform accounting principles by reviewing the financialsresults as submitted monthly by individual countries/subsidiaries ∂nering with the local subsidiary’s Finance Director and theiraccounting teams. Conducts monthly variance analysis for theassigned countries Assists in the completion of the monthlyconsolidation process Records/Posts top level journal entries wherenecessary and appropriate Performs routine monthly close proceduresassigned by manager Presents assigned subsidiaries monthly &quarterly financial results to executive management Review of otherteam members monthly work papers Assures proper documentation ofmonthly data and analysis Identify risks & escalate issues noted tomanagement in a timely manner Identifies opportunities for processimprovements Review of internal & external executive levelmanagement reports and presentations to ensure accuracy and providefeedback/analysis as to variances from expected results Conductaccounting research and analysis in accordance with US GAAP toprovide accounting guidance to executive management and the localsubsidiaries/countries including writing accounting memo’sEstablish & continually update/enhance the Company’s accountingpolicy as new accounting pronouncements are released/amended FraudDetection testing through journal entry testing, onsite balancesheet reviews & substantive testing in addition to support ofexternal and internal audit by providing reports, analysis andexplanations as requested Meets attendance and punctualitystandards Performs additional duties as assigned

What We’re LookingFor:

Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, including 3years at a Big 4 firm or 6 years in a related industry.

Preferred:

Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance & CPA, CIA, or CFElicense.

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Adaptable to change and able to adjust strategies as needed. Strongability to build effective working relationships with colleaguesand stakeholders. Excellent communication skills to conveyinformation clearly and effectively. Capable of workingconstructively under pressure and managing high workloads anddeadlines. Proficient in creating and delivering formalpresentations. Ability to follow instructions and seekclarification when necessary. Sensitive to the needs and concernsof others, fostering a supportive work environment. Effectiveinteraction with all levels of management. Commitment tomaintaining social, ethical, and organizational standards inbusiness activities. Competent in performing basic mathematicalcalculations accurately. Detail-oriented with a strong focus onaccuracy and efficiency. Proficient in using common officeequipment and relevant computer applications at a basic level.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strongmulticultural interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational andtime management skills, with a focus on task completion. Ability tomaintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

WorkingConditions:

Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime asbusiness requires. Professional, office environment. Some travelrequired.
