Duties include:

Manage the financials formultiple locations Budgeting and Financial Statement Preparation Financial Reporting Accounts Payable management Partner and communicate with vendors and clients

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of HOA or Property accounting experience Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (highly preferred) Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Experience preparing financial statements This is an in office position.
