Job Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, property management, or short-term rentals and will help ensure our financial systems are accurate, efficient, and compliant.
Responsibilities:
Handle accounts payable and receivable, and reconciliations Monitor and track revenue from rental platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, direct bookings) Prepare monthly financial statements and reports Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis projects Prepare tax documentation and collaborate with external accountants as needed Support payroll and vendor payments Work closely with operations to align financial data with property performance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2-4 years of accounting experience; hospitality or property management experience is a plus Proficiency in QuickBooks Online Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Familiarity with property management systems (Track) is a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
