We are seeking a dynamicand experienced Accountant to join our team. This is an excitingopportunity for a seasoned professional with a solid background inaccounting and finance to make a significant impact on our businessoperations. You will be responsible for a variety of accountingactivities, including general ledger preparation, financialreporting, year-end audit preparation, and budgeting. The idealcandidate will have a strong understanding of month-end closeprocesses and is comfortable working in a fast-paced,deadline-driven environment. This position requires a minimum of 3years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and reviewmonth-end close processes, including journal entries, accountreconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Analyzefinancial information and summarize financial status by collectinginformation, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and otherstatements. Monitor and analyze accounting data and producefinancial reports or statements. Develop and document businessprocesses and accounting policies to maintain and strengtheninternal controls. Coordinate with the finance team to completebudgeting and forecasting processes. Assist with tax audits and taxreturns. Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.

Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process.

Provide input into department’s goal setting process. Assist withthe preparation of year-end audit schedules and documentation. Stayupdated on industry trends and changes in regulations. Liaise withour Controller to improve financial procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldrequired. A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or arelated field. Proven experience with month-end close. Strongunderstanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.

Experience with accounting software and databases. Excellentattention to detail and accuracy in performing duties. Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills. Ability to manage multiple projectsconcurrently and meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills andability to prioritize workload in order to meet tight deadlines ina fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills. Be able to demonstrate integrity,dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, workethic, and empathy. Passion for providing superior customerservice.
