Sarasota, Florida Salary:
$65,000 – $75,000 A growing real estate property management firm islooking for a Staff Accountant to join its accounting team. Thisrole reports directly to the Controller and offers a greatopportunity for professional growth within a high-performingorganization.

What You’ll Do:
Support daily accounting operationsin collaboration with the Controller. Assist in preparing monthly,quarterly, and annual financial reports. Perform bankreconciliations and ensure timely, accurate reporting. Preparejournal entries and support month-end and year-end close processes.
Contribute to budget preparation, forecasting, and varianceanalysis. Monitor financial performance and help identify processimprovements. Assist with AP and AR as needed.
PreferredQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 2 yearsof accounting experience (real estate industry experience a plus).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, formulas).Property management and YARDI experience are highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-orientedmindset.
