Position Purpose:
In this role you will be a key member of the Regulatory Reporting Group who is responsible for all financial reporting of assigned legal entities inclusive of the following tasks: Complete quarterly and annual NAIC filings, ensuring compliance with NAIC and other regulatory requirements Prepare various pages and schedules, coordinate submissions of other pages and schedules from internal partners for annual & quarterly statements Work closely with internal partners and external auditors to complete legal entity external audits Prepare MD&A’s including variance analysis Generate and record Statutory entries to the general ledger Assist on DOI examinations as needed Assist on department projects as needed
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience. 2+ years of accounting experience. Strong analytical skills preferred
License/Certification:
CPA preferred
Pay Range:
