The Accountant will be responsible for performing various accounting functions, including but not limited to, preparing accurate and timely accounting information, performing various reconciliations and analysis, and providing ongoing support to team members and various departments.. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Ensure accurate and timely recording of accounting transactions
Perform intercompany invoicing, G/L journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Prepare account reconciliations and supporting schedules
Manage inventory accounting and reconciliations
Track and maintain fixed asset schedules
Execute monthly close processes and financial reporting
Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and reports
Support financial audits by preparing schedules and documentation
Maintain and update accounting process documentation
Lead and participate in process improvement initiatives Job Requirements
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA and/or MBA/MA preferred)
3-7 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 tools
Technologically adept with the ability to learn new systems quickly
EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE
Ability to adapt in an agile, fast-paced environment
Occasional travel may be required
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
