Supporting the monthly cash flow forecast forall capital projects. Coordinating with project managers andproperty accounting staff to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Creating fixed assets and generating transfers to inventory.

Providing variance explanations for P&L reporting. Utilizingstrong Excel skills to analyze and organize financial data.

Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Staff Accountant To excelin this role, the ideal Senior Staff Accountant will have: ABachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. At least 2 years ofaccounting or finance experience. Construction industry experience(preferred). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to workcollaboratively in a team environment.
