Contract Job Description:

The new AM accountant contractor will assist headquarters and subsidiary businesses by managing asset transactions, including additions, adjustments, transfers, retirements, and system audits, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of accounting records. This role is critical to onboarding new acquisitions, updating the SAGE platform, addressing compliance requirements, improving process efficiency, reducing errors, and ensuring timely completion of asset management tasks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience Hands-on experience with Fixed Assets accounting Proficient in using SAGE accounting software Extensive knowledge of general ledger accounting principles and procedures Familiarity with PeopleSoft GL (preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Highly detail-oriented and accurate in financial reporting Self-starter with the ability to work independently Excellent computer skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong oral and written communication skills Demonstrates a solid work ethic and commitment to deadlines Collaborative team player with a professional attitude Willingness and ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally as needed Thanks & Regards, Mohammed Fouzan Recruiter +1 404-301-0137 fouzan@senecahq.com
