Job DetailsResponsibilities:

As a Senior Construction Accountant, you will betasked with a variety of responsibilities that are integral to thefinancial success of our construction projects.

These include:

1.Managing and overseeing all facets of the accounting functionsincluding accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger,and financial reporting. 2. Preparing financial statements andreports, including monthly and annual accounts. 3. Ensuringaccurate project job cost tracking, margin analysis, andrecognition of revenue. 4. Providing financial analysis andforecasts for construction projects. 5. Coordinating and preparinginternal and external audits. 6. Implementing and ensuringcompliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations. 7.Assisting with budget preparation, financial planning, andstrategy. 8. Collaborating with project management teams to alignfinancial and operational goals.

Qualifications:

We are looking fora candidate who is not only experienced but also highly motivatedand dedicated to financial accuracy and efficiency.

Thequalifications for this role include:

1. Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or CPAcertification is strongly preferred. 2. A minimum of 5 years ofexperience in a similar role, ideally within the constructionindustry. 3. Strong understanding of construction accountingstandards and practices. 4. Proficiency in accounting software andMicrosoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. 5. Excellent analyticalskills with a strong attention to detail. 6. Exceptionalorganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projectsand deadlines. 7. Strong communication skills, both written andverbal, with the ability to present complex financial informationin a clear and concise manner. 8.
