Pay Rate:

 $26/hr. (Without any Benefits)

Responsibilities:

Team 1: Client Interaction Focus
Engage with clients primarily through email communication.
Review client documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Create amortization schedules and prepare payoff quotes for customers/vendors.
Enter information into the system of record.
Assist with providing payoff quotes and managing terminations, renewals, and system maintenance. Team 2: Data Entry Focus
Process account terminations on the system of record.
Perform maintenance on the current portfolio as needed.
Enter information into the system of record.
Support the team in processing terminations, renewals, and system maintenance.

Education Qualification:

Preferred:

Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on Accounting.

Required Skills:

2-3 years of account experience.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Leasing and Equipment Finance is advantageous.
