Accountant/Bookkeeper (duties include but are not limited to): Perform data entry for various types of financial information with a high degree of accuracy; Maintain efficient workflow of supporting documentation to ensure appropriate input; Pay bills using Quickbooks; Prepare monthly reconciliations for all Balance Sheet accounts including documentation to support all balances; Prepare monthly journal entries; Respond to requests for information from internal management and customers; Assist with monthly and biweekly payroll; Assist in cash flow management; Filing and copying; Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement” Other duties as assigned Knowledge, skills and abilities: Communication

Education:
Bachelor Degree•
Accounting Experience:
Three years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.
Physical demands/working:
Requires sitting for long periods of time. Working in a general office environment. Some bending and stretching required. Manual dexterity required for use of calculator and computer keyboard. Requires working to meet deadlines. High volume, fast paced environment may be stressful. Requires use of common business equipment, including personal computer, telephone and facsimile machine.
