• Accountant (Level III)
• roles to support our dynamic team in a hybrid capacity in Atlanta, GA. This is a 5-month assignment with a flexible start time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

• Pay Rate:

• $ 27.96/hour

• Responsibilities:

• As an Accountant (Level III), you’ll play a crucial role in accurately and timely processing customer inquiries for payoff quotes.

Your responsibilities will include:

+ Reviewing documentation to ensure all necessary requirements for a payoff are met and applicable charges are presented. + Communicating with customers to understand the reason for the payoff. + Collaborating with other Lines of Business (LOBs) within Leasing to resolve any issues. + Processing the termination of accounts on the system of record. + Performing maintenance on the current portfolio as needed. + Completing various projects assigned by the manager.

• Team Specific Responsibilities:

• Team 1: Client Interaction & Analysis
• This role involves significant client interaction, primarily via email.

You will:

+ Review client documentation. + Create amortization schedules. + Prepare payoff quotes for customers/vendors. + Enter information into the system of record. + Assist with providing payoff quotes to clients/vendors. + Assist with terminations, renewals, and system maintenance.

• Team 2: Data Entry & Processing
• This is a more data entry-driven role.

You will:

+ Process the termination of accounts on the system of record. + Perform maintenance on the current portfolio as needed. + Enter information into the system of record. + Assist the team with processing terminations, renewals, and system maintenance.

• Required Skills:

• + 2-3 years of accounting experience. +
• Advanced Excel skills
• (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs). + Exceptional attention to detail. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• + Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on Accounting. + Familiarity with the
• Leasing and Equipment Finance
