AccountingAssociate:

Review all invoices for appropriate documentation andapproval prior to payment in accordance with payment terms. Processinvoices, check requests, and travel and expense reports. Updateand maintain the vendor database to ensure proper 1099 filing andaccuracy. The Accounting Associate will reconcile, research, andcorrect vendor statement discrepancies. Maintain thorough andaccurate electronic financial documentation in accordance withcompany policy and generally accepted accounting principles. Assistsenior team members and leadership with accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications of an

Accounting Associate:

Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Business Administration, or a related field (newgraduates are encouraged to apply!). 0-1 year of work experience asan Accounting Associate or in a similar accounting role. Strongproblem-solving skills, a basic understanding of accountingprinciples, and excellent research abilities. Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel, including V-lookups and Pivot Tables. Highattention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the abilityto manage multiple tasks efficiently.
