Responsibilities Assist with general ledger reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records. Support regulatory reporting requirements and maintain compliance with SOX regulations. Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and collections. Participate in payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees. Assist in budgeting activities and provide support for financial forecasting. Collaborate with senior accountants to prepare tax documents and filings. Utilize accounting software such as PeopleSoft or Sage for various accounting tasks. Provide mentoring support to interns or new team members as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with general ledger reconciliation processes. Knowledge of SOX compliance and regulatory reporting standards is a plus. Experience with tax preparation and accounts receivable management is beneficial. Proficiency in accounting software (PeopleSoft, Sage) is preferred but not required. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
