Competitive Bonus Job DetailsResponsibilities:

Oversee and manage the general accountingfunctions, including but not limited to: payroll, fixed assets,debt, accruals, fixed assets, and leases. Review, approve, and postjournal entries. Ensure banking transactions are addressed,recorded, and reconciled. Maintain general ledger balance sheetreconciliations, including the review and correction of accountbalances. Identify opportunities for process improvements inaccounting close cycles and implement changes to enhance efficiencyand accuracy in financial reporting. Coach and mentor three directreports, providing guidance and support. Assist with preparation offinancial statements and monthly cash flows. Work with externalauditors to support audit and disclosure requirements. Cultivate anenvironment that encourages maximum productivity and serviceeffectiveness, personal growth and development, open communication,and teamwork. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting asneeded to support decision-making across the organization.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting-relatedissues and provide financial support as needed. Develop andimplement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliancewith regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Manageand monitor accounting systems and software to ensure accuratefinancial data and reporting. Oversee the preparation and filing oftax returns and other regulatory filings. Stay updated on industrytrends and changes in accounting standards to ensure compliance andbest practices. Coordinate with the finance team to supportbudgeting and forecasting activities. Ensure timely and accuratemonth-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. Lead andparticipate in special projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA orMBA preferred. 3 years of progressive accounting experience workingin general corporate or public accounting, including 2 years as asupervisor/leader over accounting teams. Thorough knowledge of

U.S.GAAP.

Experience supporting accounting operations and reportingacross multiple business units with strong accounting researchskills. Experience with foreign currency. Experience with NetSuiteand Advanced Microsoft Excel skills a plus. Strong projectmanagement experience, ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously and adaptable to changing priorities and evolvingresponsibilities. Strong analytical and organizational skills, andverbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to workcollaboratively across departments and build strong workingrelationships. High attention to detail and accuracy, with acommitment to continuous improvement. Experience in the SaaSindustry or technology sector is highly desirable. Interested inhearing more?
