Senior Accountant | Alpharetta, GA An established and rapidly growing private company is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its on-site team in Alpharetta, GA . Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily reconciliations Maintain and reconcile general ledger and key balance sheet accounts Process vendor invoices and ensure timely, accurate data entry Contribute to monthly close processes, including journal entries and variance analysis Assist in developing and maintaining documentation for internal controls Support finance team with reporting, budgeting, and special projects
Ideal Background:
2+ years of full-cycle accounting experience (preferably in a smaller company environment) Strong understanding of transactional accounting and reconciliations Comfortable juggling multiple tasks – exposure to broad responsibilities, not siloed roles Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups required) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team setting Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required) CPA or CPA-eligible is a plus Experience with NetSuite ERP is strongly preferred If you’re looking for an opportunity where your accounting experience will be valued—and you’ll have a seat at the table as the company grows—this role could be the perfect fit.
