SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Now recruiting on behalf of large, publicly traded company headquartered in Atlanta for a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will have diverse responsibilities that include: month end close, GAAP compliance, financial reporting, reconciliations, accruals, expense analysis, internal controls, managing vendor communication, and supporting a system implementation. The right candidate for this Senior Accountant role will have: Bachelor’s in Accounting CPA or CPA track 3+ years of relevant experience in public accounting or corporate accounting (with large companies or clients) Preference given to those with Big 4 / National firm / large regional firm audit Strong understanding of GAAP Advanced Excel proficiency Superior communication and presentation skills Track record of job stability and career progression Note – seeking Atlanta-based talent for this opportunity.
