Job Details Responsibilities:

Asa Senior Accountant, you will be expected to: 1. Prepare accurateand timely financial statements and reports in accordance withestablished guidelines and procedures. 2. Perform monthly,quarterly, and annual accounting activities includingreconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination andcompletion of annual audits, and reviewing financialreports/support as necessary. 3. Analyze and report on financialstatus including income statement variances, communicatingfinancial results to management, budget preparation, and analysis.4. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.5. Oversee taxes and abide by federal regulations. 6. Manage thecash flow of the company, ensuring that sufficient funds areavailable to meet ongoing operational expenses, debt repayments,and investment needs. 7. Conduct detailed risk analyses andfinancial forecasts. 8. Prepare budgets and financial forecasts andreport variances. 9. Perform balance sheet reconciliation.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Accountantposition should possess the following: 1. Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree orCertified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is a plus. 2.Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a seniorrole. 3. Experience with MS Dynamics Great Plains System Softwareis required 4. Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted AccountingPrinciples (GAAP) and financial statement preparation. 5. Excellentanalytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accountingprinciples to analyze financial reports and forecasts. 6. Strongorganizational skills and detail-oriented with the ability toprioritize and multitask. 7. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with a proven ability to communicate complexfinancial data in a clear and concise manner.
