Prepare and Post Journal Entries:

Handle accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and cashtransactions for accuracy in financial reporting. Assist with

Budget Variances:

Support the financial team in tracking andanalyzing budget discrepancies.

Review General Ledger Accounts:

Analyze to ensure accurate and compliant financial data.

Maintainand Reconcile Fixed Assets:

Accurately track fixed assets andreconcile related accounts.

Develop Policies and Controls:

Helpshape effective accounting policies and procedures.

Prepare MonthlyBilling/Pay Apps:

Generate pay applications for monthly billingcycles.

Identify Process Improvements:

Spot areas to streamline andenhance accounting processes.

Support Audits:

Assist with bothinternal and external audits. Preferred Qualifications for theSenior Accountant The ideal Senior Accountant will have: ABachelor’s degree in Accounting. Three years of public accountingexperience or 6 years in general ledger accounting. CPAcertification (a plus). Job costing and construction accountingexperience (preferred).
